As a Mind Body Eating Coach, I am trained in a highly unique and results oriented approach to eating issues. It’s a holistic approach that brings together mindset, eating, body image, and personal growth.

Individual coaching can seem daunting at first. I can tell you from my own experience that it is a great investment in yourself. You are meant to make an impact on this world. And I welcome the opportunity to help you do just that! As your coach, I will partner with you to look deeper and be more creative in your search for sustained weight loss and true habit change.


When it comes to coaching, there is no “One Size Fits All”. Our work together will be personalized for a more powerful transformation. I will support you as you get to the root of your challenges with food and identify areas of improvement. I’ll challenge you to make changes in your day-to-day to allow room for actions that better suit your goals. I won’t solve your problems for you. Rather, I’ll guide you as you discover the answers for yourself.


You are capable of so much more than you may be giving yourself credit for. You may find yourself in a place you are not proud of, but you don’t have to stay there and set up camp.
